As members of the Swiss Guild of Established Restaurateurs, it is especially important to us to pamper our guests with healthy, fresh, lovingly-prepared dishes. We serve natural, organic and local produce wherever possible.
We offer our guests a fresh and varied buffet for breakfast, and a 4-course meal for half board dinner. The half board dinner is served to all guests at 19:00.
Our a la carte menu features special salads, fish dishes, organic Blue Lake trout and grilled meats. Other specialties include delicious homemade desserts and cakes, such as the famous Black Forest cake. We also have a children's menu. We deliberately keep our menu selection small in order to guarantee the highest quality. Our cheerful and competent staff will do their utmost to impress you.

We have been holding our "Creative cooking is fun" evenings in May and October for over 20 years.
